The players prepare 7 GEMJI tiles and decide on the play order.
Taking turns, each player only has 30 seconds to build the highest tower possible out of 7 tiles. When the time is up, the tower must stand upright without being supported.
The player who makes the highest tower wins the game. The towers are measured with a ruler or another object (e.g., a smartphone)
With the GEMJI full set of 70 tiles, the game could be played by 10 simultaneous players.
Great for a team-building game.
The tallest possible structure built at the moment has one horizontal tile and six vertical tiles on top, but it's tough to recreate.
The game is also great for HR purposes and could be used in an alternative job interview where the built tower shows the candidate's approach and thinking. For example, does it have a solid foundation? Does the candidate strive for originality and having fun, or is it about achieving the goal before the deadline with minimum risk and maximum chance of winning? Think of the tiles as a 3D projection of how the person thinks. It's all there - and you can read it if you want (and need to).
